Kim Kardashian dressed as her pregnant self in a flowery dress and matching shoe to a Halloween party yesterday. This is the same flowery dress she wore to the MET gala in 2013. She was pregnant when she wore it two years ago and wore it again now that she is pregnant with baby number 2.
